A butcher needs a professional smoke chamber for coloring, drying, and smoking traditional meat products. Spako’s classic smoke chambers are suitable for traditional natural smoke. The cabinets are fitted with all modern conveniences and are extremely easy to use. The cabinet is also very easy to clean.
The Spako smoke chambers are fitted with electric heating and are fully insulated. This means that the temperature in the cabinet can be regulated properly, which makes it easy to control the coloring and drying of sausages, hams, bellies, and smoked meat. This gives the products from this machine a real authentic smoke flavor.
In our assortment, you will find three classic smoke cabinets: the RK-80, RK-100W, and RK-100WD. In addition to these classic cabinets, we also produce a new generation of electric smoke cabinets, called the Kombi cabinet. Spako’s butchery machines make it possible to produce high-quality meat products in bulk.
A cooking kettle is an important butcher’s machine that you encounter with great regularity in a professional butcher’s shop. Spako has been producing cooking kettles since its establishment in the 1950s. The kettles are used successfully for cooking sausages, hams, and heads. We also produce kettles with a double wall. These kettles are ideally suited for the production of goulash, traditional soups, and sauces. Our machines are available in four basic models: DWGV, RHP-250, RHP-350, and RHI boilers.
Spako’s industrial agitator boilers are used for cooking, stirring, and mixing traditional foods. These machines were developed for cooking in water and mixing products and meals. In practice, the agitator kettles are used for the production of kinds of pasta, rice, soups, sauces, and ragouts.
We prefer not to offer used but reconditioned butcher’s shops. The butcher’s shops that qualify for this are selected in advance by our service staff. If we are unable to convert them to a reliable and clean condition, the boilers are recycled.
