At Spako we are aware of this importance and therefore offer complete cooking and soaking lines for the optimal preparation of meat, fish, snacks and vegetables.

Our Spako SCK is a continuous cooking kettle, cooking line or wellline that is fully equipped with a lower and upper conveyor belt and has a variable capacity thrust pump. The dunnage and guidance of the lower and upper belts provide high performance, allowing large quantities of food to be cooked or welded quickly and efficiently.

In addition, the drawer of the Spako SCK can be adjusted in height to ensure accurate and even food preparation. This is particularly important for products that tend to over- or undercook, such as fish and vegetables.

Our cooking and swelling equipment is not only designed for optimal food preparation, but also contributes to food safety and extending the THT date. By using our cooking and swelling equipment, food is safely heated, killing bacteria and other microorganisms and extending the shelf life of the product.
