TotaalVers from Spijkenisse is a very capable company that delivers meals for in nursing homes. For this work, TotaalVers needs different types of machines that meet the wishes and needs of not only the company, but also the cooks. In addition, the machines must be able to prepare the products properly and quickly to meet the demand.
TotalVers came to us after the company experienced strong growth and the kitchen needed to undergo a transition. To accommodate this growth, TotaalVers built a new production site in Spijkenisse, which will house the vegetable processing and production kitchen. TotalVers’ kitchen was a catering kitchen and they were looking for the necessary appliances for an industrial kitchen. TotaalVers saw us as the right company to help them during the transition.
The requirements and challenge from TotaalVers were clear, but looking at it from different angles made it important to get the plan and drawing right before we could start. Lots of communication and good cooperation ensured that we were able to get started with custom-made agitator boilers so TotaalVers could scale up in the kitchen.
